Sometimes you are in need of manually adding a single contact or customer in ConversionControl in order to have him managed by your agents.
- To manually add a contact in ConversionControl, the first thing you have to do is navigating to CRM>Contacts from the left menu.
- Under the filters on the right you should see a blue button labelled “+ Add New“. Click on it.
- In the following page, fill the email field and all the needed fields in the section labelled “AddressBook Data“, then scroll down and click on “Apply“
