Address Book is a feature in ConversionControl that allows you to add and edit all the info about a single contact your organization is in need of.
- Navigate to Settings>Address Book
- In the following page, click on “+ Add Field“
- In the LABEL column, write down the name of the field; in the TYPE column, select “Text” for short texts; “Text Area” for longer texts ; “Select” to create a dropdown menu or “CheckBox” for a field that can be activated or deactivated. Once you are done, activate the field by clicking on the “Active” button and, if you want to include this field in the filter section of the contact screen, also tick “Searchable“.
- You can add as many fields as you want by clicking again on the “+Add Field” button. Once you are done, click on the “Save” button on the bottom right of the page
Now your contacts will have new editable fields to add and modify their valuable informations.
